Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager located in Jaipur. The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships and interactions, developing and implementing CRM strategies, and using analytical tools to segment the market and enhance customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include overseeing sales operations, ensuring effective communication with customers, and managing project timelines and deliverables. The CRM Manager will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and drive sales growth.
