Job Title: Enterprise Architect

Experience: 15 to 20 Years

Work Location: Bavdhan, Pune (Work from Office only)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define and govern Excellon's overall enterprise architecture, covering:

• Applications and platforms • Data and analytics • Integrations and event-driven systems

• AI / agentic enablement

Own architecture standards for:

• Database design • System integration • Event and service orchestration

Ensure alignment between:

• Client business objectives • Excellon product roadmap • Technology stack decisions

• Drive modernization initiatives across legacy and new systems.

• Act as a senior technology advisor for large enterprise clients.

• Review and approve solution designs for correctness and scalability.

• Guide adoption of agentic and AI-first architectures.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

15+ years in enterprise / solution architecture roles with Strong background in:

• Database and data modelling • System integration • Distributed and event-driven systems

• Proven experience handling complex, multi-system enterprise landscapes.

• Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills.

MANDATORY TECHNOLOGY STACK EXPERTISE:

• NodeJS, Python (Extremely good in coding and code review)

• Postgres, SQL Server, MongoDB

• Azure Cloud

• Kafka, Redis, Kubernetes

• Data lake – design, ETL pipeline, analytics reports
