Our solutions are focused on modern technologies and are enabled by a scientific, data-driven system called Decision Mines for Digital Excellence Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Oracle Micros and OHIP solutions to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level solutions for our clients in the hospitality and healthcare domains. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements with technology solutions, ensuring scalable and efficient architecture that aligns with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities : Design and implement end-to-end solution architectures involving Oracle Micros (Point of Sale Systems) and Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP). Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Lead technical solution design workshops and stakeholder discussions to define integration strategies and solution scope. Provide hands-on expertise in configuring, integrating, and supporting Oracle Micros solutions with other enterprise systems. Design and deliver robust integration solutions leveraging OHIP, ensuring seamless connectivity between Micros applications and external systems (e.G., ERP, CRM). Define technical roadmaps, architecture standards, and best practices for the Micros and OHIP stack. Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure solution quality, performance, and scalability. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams during solution implementation. Conduct performance assessments and optimizations of deployed solutions. Stay updated with Oracle Micros / OHIP product updates and industry trends. Required Skills and Experience : 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, with significant hands-on experience in Oracle Micros and OHIP. Strong understanding of Oracle Micros POS systems architecture, modules, and integration points. In-depth knowledge of OHIP – its architecture, services, configuration, and integration with Micros and third-party applications. Experience in designing APIs, middleware, and integration solutions in enterprise environments. Strong background in solution design, system integration, and service-oriented architecture (SOA). Good knowledge of database technologies (Oracle DB), Java-based integrations, Web Services (SOAP, REST), and related technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to technology selection. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred : Experience in the Hospitality domain. Knowledge of cloud technologies (OCI, AWS) is a plus. Certification in Oracle Micros / OHIP
