Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Industrial Canteen Manager. The role involves overseeing daily canteen operations including organizing food preparation, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and managing food service activities. The manager will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring the efficient running of the canteen. Coordination of inventory, procurement, and compliance with health and safety regulations is required as part of daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking
Experience and skills in Food Service and providing excellent Customer Service
Sound knowledge of Food Safety practices and regulations
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage a team and oversee operations effectively
Work experience in industrial kitchen management is an advantage
Experience in budget management and inventory control is beneficial
