Operations Associate

We at Astrotalk are looking for a highly motivated Operations Associate to join our internal operations team.

Key Responsibilities :

Work closely with the management team on an assigned operations project

Oversee end-to-end operational workflows , ensuring smooth planning, execution, and delivery

Conduct detailed research to identify gaps, opportunities, and best practices for process improvement

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and timely outcomes

Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend actionable, improvements

What are we looking for?

0–1 year experience in a similar role

Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and coordination abilities
