Role Description
The Inside Sales Specialist will be crucial in expanding our enrollments. You will be responsible for performing day-to-day sales and parent engagement tasks, focusing on promoting Lyfskills' product and service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Convert trials to sales by making outbound closure calls
- Convert inbound leads into sales by effectively pitching product and service
- Manage and respond promptly to all prospective parent inquiries
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the initial enrollment process
- Manage program renewals by proactively reaching out to existing parents to secure continued enrollment
- Handle account management for enrolled students, serving as the primary post-sale contact to nurture long-term relationships
What We’re Looking For :
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence and negotiate.Ability to manage multiple queries, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.High energy, resilience, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.Prior experience in the education industry is a plus
