Job Description
Business Strategy & Growth :
Define the roadmap and strategy for unsecured lending across personal loans, business loans, and new-age credit products.
Build scalable and sustainable sourcing models across digital, branch, and partnership-led channels.
P&L Management :
Own the business P&L including disbursements, yield, cost of acquisition, cost of funds, and portfolio quality.
Optimize unit economics and drive bottom-line growth.
Product Development & Innovation :
Design competitive unsecured loan products for salaried, self-employed, and micro-entrepreneurs.
Leverage alternate data, analytics, and technology to build differentiated offerings and improve customer experience.
Credit & Risk Management :
Partner with credit and risk teams to define underwriting policies, credit scorecards, and customer segmentation.
Implement robust fraud prevention, collections, and NPA control strategies.
Technology & Digital Transformation :
Drive digital sourcing, e-KYC, real-time credit decisioning, and end-to-end customer journeys.
Champion innovation in customer onboarding, loan servicing, and engagement.
Distribution & Channel Management :
Expand and manage acquisition through digital, DSA, fintech, and branch-led channels.
Build co-lending, embedded finance, and partnership ecosystems.
Team Leadership :
Lead a high-performing cross-functional team across product, analytics, sales, and operations.
Promote a culture of agility, ownership, and high performance.
The Successful Applicant
15+ years of relevant experience in unsecured lending In Banks or NBFCs
Deep understanding of unsecured credit products, customer behavior, and risk metrics.
Demonstrated success in scaling business lines and leading large teams.
Tech-savvy and data-driven approach with a strong business acumen.
MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree from a reputed institution preferred.
