Walkin Education Counselor ( Saturday, 29th Nov)

We are looking for :

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Counsel students through outbound / inbound calls and explain course details, eligibility, fees & admission process
• Make 150+ calls per day with talktime of at least 1.5 hours.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with students and families.
• Address student concerns promptly to ensure a smooth and supportive counseling experience.
• Provide guidance on academic pathways, course selections, and career options.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation for future reference.
• Update and manage student interactions, progress, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Collect feedback and encourage positive referrals from satisfied students.
• Collaborate with internal teams and educational institutions to resolve issues.
