Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting of EWM processes and functionalities.
• Provide end-user training and support post-implementation.
• Participate in project planning and status meetings to report on progress and challenges.
