Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Application Support and Maintenance (ASM) initiatives for enterprise-grade systems built on the .NET framework. This role blends deep technical expertise with functional business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and cross-platform integration. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, a clear communicator, and a strategic thinker who thrives in dynamic environments and is comfortable working across time zones with U.S.-based customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Support & Maintenance
- Lead Level 2 and Level 3 support for .NET-based applications
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes
- Collaborate with development teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and deployments
- Maintain the SLAs for the priority tickets and lead to the problem resolution
- Functional Business Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical solutions
- Document Knowledge articles and Business processes
- Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements
- Support UAT and post-deployment validation
- Database Management
- Query, and optimize SQL Server databases to support application functionality
- Perform data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting using advanced SQL techniques
- Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across environments
- SAP Integration
- Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to support integration between .NET applications and SAP modules
- Ensure seamless data flow and business process alignment across platforms
- Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors
- Facilitate regular status meetings, issue resolution, and expectation alignment
- Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language
- Time zone Flexibility
- Demonstrate flexibility to work in overlapping U.S. time zones to support customer needs
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams across geographies
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of issues for U.S.-based stakeholders
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to optimize support processes and reduce downtime
- Contribute to knowledge base creation and maintenance
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in .NET application development and supportStrong functional experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environmentsStrong understanding the Application support protocolsProficiency in C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Web Services, and related technologiesHands-on experience with SQL database design, optimization, and troubleshootingExperience integrating .NET applications with SAP systems using standard protocolsSolid understanding of ITIL processes and application lifecycle managementExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across business and technical domainsWillingness and ability to work in overlapping U.S. time zonesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
