We are seeking a skilled and motivated NetApp Storage / Dell EMC Field Support Engineer to join our team.

Mode : Permanent

Experience : 5 to 10 years

Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing technical support and expertise in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting NetApp / Dell EMC storage systems.
• Technical Support : Provide L1 and L2 support for NetApp storage systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. Trouble shooting Issues and replace fails components.
• Storage Management : Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting NetApp storage systems, including Data ONTAP and firmware upgrades. Oversee the support of NetApp storage solutions, ensuring they are optimized, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
• Performance Monitoring : Monitor storage system performance, manage capacity planning, and perform performance tuning to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
• Storage Provisioning : Allocating storage resources, managing capacity planning, and ensuring efficient storage utilization.
• Backup and Recovery : Implement and manage data protection strategies, ensuring the availability and integrity of backups and disaster recovery processes.
• Customer Interaction : Work closely with customers to understand their storage needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of storage configurations, processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of storage infrastructure with other enterprise systems.
• 24x7 Ready to visit customer place for deployment and SOW Deliverables.
