Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Design Director Interiors, located in Mumbai. The Associate Design Director will oversee design projects, manage design teams, and develop creative concepts for interior design. The role also involves managing project timelines and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions. He / she will retain responsibility for all projects whilst sharing knowledge; coaching, developing and motivating all design team members. The Associate Design Director influences the design direction of the team's work. He / she will produce and coordinate for completion of all documents of hospitality, retail commercial / interiors projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Management and Interior Design
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong client management and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Experience in retail design or hospitality interiors is a plus
