Raghvendra Kushwah - Raghvendra is a veteran in Business consulting with 19+ years of experience in firms like Accenture Strategy and Cognizant Business Consulting. In his last role at Accenture, he led an independent business for Accenture in India and managed a large team for analytics consultants. He is B.Tech. (IIT Delhi), MBA (IIM Lucknow) and LLB (Faculty of Law, Delhi University).

Anuj Gupta - Anuj has led large, diverse Products & Engineering teams with leading tech companies like Adobe and Amazon for 20+ years. In his last role at Amazon, he led a team of 50+ Engineers & 10+ Product Managers for Amazon APAC geos. He is B.Tech. (IIT Delhi) and MBA (ISB Hyderabad).

Job description :

We are looking for a high-energy individual for the role of Senior Data Analyst at Eucloid. The candidate will collaborate with client stakeholders on multiple projects in the eCommerce team. The candidate is expected to lead following work-streams :

• Drive client meetings with data-driven insights and observations on key website / app metrics for Upper Funnel, middle Funnel and Lower funnel experiences.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders across multiple LOBs and functions. Translate business requirements into understanding key KPIs that can help guide decision making.
• Create site performance dashboards in a product analytics tool like Adobe Analytics (or similar tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude etc.).
• Develop Data-driven hypothesis and make recommendations on improve site engagement, conversion and other metrics.
• Define requirements for business dashboards to be created in Tableau.
• Pull out real-time business metrics from transactional systems / data-warehouses and understand the trends / drivers of those metrics.
• Lead and participate in daily standup meetings to continuously assess data needs and deliver those.
• Lead and participate in WBR / MBRs to present and discuss business trends
• Hire, develop and mentor junior data analysts in the team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management regarding the implementation of changes
