Experience : 3-8 Years

Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the implementation of our software solutions for clients, from initial planning to go-live and post-implementation support.
Gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure and customize our software to meet client-specific needs.
Develop and deliver training programs for client users.
Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure client success.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Document implementation processes and best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve our implementation methodology and processes.
Mentor and guide junior implementation consultants.
Contribute to the development of pre-sales demos and presentations.
Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-8 years of experience in software implementation consulting.

Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies and best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.

Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).

Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
