Job description5+ years of experience in IBM FTM implementations and upgrades Strong hands-on experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration. Proficiency in IBM Integration Bus (IIB), App Connect Enterprise (ACE), WebSphere MQ, DB2. Familiarity with ISO 20022, SWIFT MT / MX messaging formats. Experience with Java, XML, REST / SOAP APIs, and shell scripting. Exposure to GitOps (ArgoCD), Istio Service Mesh, multi-cluster setups, Operators & CRDs Excellent knowledge with proven implementation experience of : Implement and support IBM FTM for Payments, including modules like ACH, Check, RTP, and Zelle . Configure payment flows using FTM components : Map Designer, Transaction Editor, Event Framework, Message Broker Integration Interface FTM with upstream / downstream systems (SWIFT, ACH, RTGS, core banking). Monitor and troubleshoot transaction processing issues.
