Senior Multifamily Audit Professional

Experienced HUD Auditor Required

We seek a seasoned and detail-oriented audit professional with extensive experience in conducting US GAAP HUD audits, multifamily housing audits, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) audits.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform comprehensive audits of multifamily housing entities in accordance with US GAAP and HUD guidelines.
• Review and assess financial statements, compliance reports, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with HUD regulations, including REAC submissions and Uniform Financial Reporting Standards.
• Conduct audits related to Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and other affordable housing programs.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve audit findings and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of changes in HUD regulations and industry best practices.
