What You’ll Do
Respond to leads via phone, email, Zoom, live chat & social media
Consult with potential customers over calls & meetings
Provide tailored solar quotes, explain benefits & government rebates
Close deals and ensure high customer satisfaction
Track leads and customer interactions using our CRM
Coordinate with admin to process orders & paperwork
Encourage referrals and build long-term customer relationships
Stay up to date with market trends, pricing & competition
Share daily activity reports and join team sales huddles
What We’re Looking For
Excellent English communication and persuasion skills
Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player
Comfortable working early morning shift (3 : 30 AM – 12 : 30 PM)
Experience with CRMs, Zoom, and online sales tools
