Experience with Agile methodologies and a product mindset . Familiarity with insurance processes including Claims Processing , Underwriting , Reinsurance , Billing , and Policy / Form Generation . Experience in Application Lifecycle Management . Knowledge of training material development and user documentation .
We are seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with deep expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry . The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL skills , experience working with data warehouses , and a sharp analytical mindset to drive business and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and lead requirement gathering sessions to align with business priorities.
- Manage stakeholder relationships throughout the product lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed business and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define and support test strategies.
- Create and manage product backlog, sprint backlog, user stories, system diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
- Plan and execute change management strategies.
