Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mohali for a Food and Beverage Captain. The Food and Beverage Captain will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring service standards are met. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing food service, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining communication with team members. The Food and Beverage Captain will ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Service Standards experience
• Knowledge of Food Service and Customer Service excellence
• Strong Communication skills
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in hospitality management are beneficial
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
