Key responsibilities include :

• 7+ years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing for Salesforce.
• Strong expertise in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder.
• Automating test scripts for testing Journey Builder builds.
• Good Knowledge of Query Studio, SQL, And test data creation.
• Strong proficiency in the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Personalization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality E2E and UAT testing process.
• Demonstrated expertise in test strategy, test planning, test case design, and test execution.
• Experience to work on JIRA, Xray.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
