Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Associate at Bharat Researchers Cloud, based in Bengaluru with some work-from-home flexibility. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for supporting HR management and operations, managing employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, and coordinating training and development programs. Day-to-day tasks also include handling employee inquiries, maintaining HR databases, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
