Job descriptionWork as production supports and primarily responsible and accountable for the stability of the production systems supported Ensure application compliance to policies, standards, process, and procedures within the bank Lead and manage obsolesces, vulnerabilities, CVE, ICS, ICV, IVS, risks, audits for the applications supported Manage stakeholders from senior management, business, operation, country technology, finance, credit, risk, client care, GIA, auditors and regulators. Participates in the Incident and Problem Management processes as a resolver accountable for root cause analysis, resolution and reporting. Review the overall design of the projects / enhancements ensuring stability of the application in production is not compromised. Work with relevant Architecture, Support & Project teams to propose solutions with approved technical architecture, connectivity and security which are consistent with the Bank's standards and policies. To ensure documentation, guidelines and procedures are in place and enforced for quality in operational processes. 24X7 stand-by support based on roster for production technical issues and critical incidents. Implementation of new operational procedures and regular review and improvement of the existing procedures to align with Technology Standards & Guidelines Build rapport with stakeholders for a smooth support. Involve in audits, regulatory meeting and other risk related activities from support perspective. Able to prioritise and do self-initiatives. Able to work with minimal supervision Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles : [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.] Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Serve as a Director of the Board Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association (or equivalent) Credit Card Business in AME, Jersey & Vietnam. Embed Here for good and Group's brand and values in; Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; Multiple functions (double hats). Must possess experience in ibm i (formerly As400), sqlrpgle, rpg ile, cl ile, db2 / 400 Knowledge in mq, api, see / change (thenon), Mimix, bcss would be added advantage Mindrange applications architecture, design, development, production supports Must possess credit card domain knowledge.
