• Ensure smooth operations of conveyor lines Plan and achieve shift wise production target as per quality standards.
• Provide support to team members in the shops to improve in PQCDSM parameters.
• Interface, planning and execution of engineering changes at engine assembly.
• Coordinate hassle free introduction of new models (engine side) as per management plans.
• Coordinate with Automation team to convert manual processes into automation.
• Plan to analyze to improve line RFT / OLE / DPR
• On the job training and capability building of cell members & DTEs for current as well as future roles.
