Senior Salesforce Developer

Note :

The candidate must be available to go on-site (Chennai ) once every two weeks for a couple of days.

Work timing : 10 AM - 6 PM IST

Must Haves :

• 6 - 10 years of experience with Salesforce development and experience working with large teams in remote and distributed product engineering setup.
• Experience building scalable, reliable and high-performance applications on Salesforce
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, CSS, MYSQL or any RDBMS.
• A passion for writing high-quality code and upholding best practices in engineering, security, and design.
• Good in following common code quality and security best practices and practices recommended by Salesforce.
• Good understanding of secure coding concepts and being able to interpret security reports like Checkmarx as suggested by Salesforce.
• Experience integrating with third-party platforms is an added advantage.
• Experience creating / supporting production software / systems and a proven track record of identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
• Ability to identify problems with requirements, identify alternatives, and help your team navigate through these issues. Able to distinguish between a solution and a hack and making the right trade-offs with help of others in the team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to condense complicated scenarios into simple, risk-based assessments
• Be an effective team player with experience in coaching and supporting junior team members
• Experience in operating using Agile methodologies & use of JIRA / confluence
