About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Head of Projects to lead and manage end-to-end project execution for hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens, and catering facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in pre-opening project management and the ability to deliver projects within time, cost, and quality parameters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee complete project lifecycle—from planning and design to execution, handover, and pre-opening setup.
- Manage multiple hospitality projects including hotels, restaurants, and cloud kitchens.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct site evaluations, feasibility checks, and project costing.
- Drive timelines, budget adherence, and quality control across all sites.
- Review and approve layouts, BOQs, materials, and project documentation.
- Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and adherence to company guidelines.
- Optimize processes to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead a project team and manage external consultants / contractors.
- Provide regular project updates to leadership and handle escalations.
Required Skills & Experience
5–15 years of project management experience in the hospitality sector (hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens).Strong understanding of hospitality design, MEP, architecture, and interiors.Proven track record of managing pre-opening projects.Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Educational Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering orBachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
