Job Description :

We are seeking dynamic, passionate, and driven individuals to join our design team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in 3D visualization, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. The role requires someone who can communicate effectively, work methodically, and meet deadlines with ease. If you have a strong passion for architecture and design, coupled with the ability to create stunning 3D models and visualizations, we’d love to hear from you.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Interpret architectural plans and design concepts to create accurate, visually appealing 3D models.
• Develop realistic, immersive 3D visualizations of buildings, exteriors using industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or D5 Render.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and clients to understand project visions and incorporate feedback into visualizations.
• Produce high-quality still images and animations for presentations, marketing materials, and project development.
• Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring the timely delivery of visualizations.
• Stay current on industry trends, new software tools, and emerging technologies to enhance skills and techniques.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide creative solutions to achieve desired visual outcomes.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects and styles.
