We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our HR operations team in managing employee insurance, ESI compliance, and staffing operations . The role requires strong Excel skills and Hindi fluency for day-to-day coordination with vendors and field staff.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and update employee insurance data (additions, deletions, and claims).
- Assist in ESI & PF compliance – employee registration, data validation, and documentation.
- Coordinate with staffing partners for attendance, documentation, and invoicing.
- Maintain compliance records, trackers, and reports using Excel .
- Support HR operations in periodic audits and reporting.
Requirements :
Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, data cleaning, reporting).Fluent in English & Hindi – verbal and written.Basic understanding of HR compliance, payroll, or vendor management preferred.Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.What You’ll Gain :
