Job Role : - Sr. Lead Full Stack Engineer

Job Location - GTP Bangalore.

Work Mode - Weekly Hybrid (3 days from Office and 2 days from home)

Experience : 8 – 15 Years

Job Description : Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineering Lead with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js , coupled with hands-on experience in microservices architecture (from design to deployment) . The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the banking or financial domain , preferably in corporate banking or payments , and possess strong communication and leadership skills to drive delivery across teams

Must have :

  • Must Have Corporate Banking Domain or Banking with Payment domain Experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable microservices-based applications .
  • Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements within the banking domain .
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
  • Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code delivery using modern engineering practices.
  • Integrate solutions across enterprise systems ensuring security, performance, and compliance.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement in code quality, performance, and development processes.

    • Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–15 years of total IT experience with strong exposure to banking or financial services .
  • Hands-on expertise in Node.js and React.js (experience in both is preferred).
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying microservices .
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud platforms, and CI / CD pipelines .
  • Prior experience in corporate banking or payments systems will be a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery of complex technical solutions.

    • Good to Have

  • Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) .
  • Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and cloud-native deployments (AWS / Azure / GCP) .

    • Required Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
