As the Director of Technology Sourcing for India, you will lead, inspire, and shape a growing team that delivers the full spectrum of Technology Sourcing services to our global customers.
You’ll be the driving force behind building and maturing our India Technology Sourcing organisation, representing Computacenter’s values and ensuring excellence in delivery, commercial management, and customer satisfaction.
Our team in India works hand-in-hand with our European and North American account teams, as well as internal service providers (GPS, GMS), to support customers from bid through to delivery. What You’ll Do
As the Director of Technology Sourcing, you will be accountable for the strategic growth, operational excellence, and commercial success of Computacenter’s Technology Sourcing business in India.
Leadership

Commercial Management
Own the full P&L responsibility for GTS India, managing to EBIT level.Ensure optimal commercial outcomes through effective management of internal and external relationships.Drive financial performance, pricing strategy, and commercial governance.Powerful Partnerships – Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term partnerships with global technology vendors and partners.Promote deep understanding of partner value propositions within the business.Ensure strong alignment with Computacenter’s global vendor strategy.Profit Generation
Drive both top-line and bottom-line growth by optimizing sourcing, logistics, and delivery models.Partner with Finance teams to manage margin performance and ensure sustainable profitability.Operational Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of Inside Sales, Procurement, and Logistics teams.Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement to ensure customer satisfaction and scalability.Implement and evolve commercial and delivery strategies aligned to Computacenter’s goals.Strengthen collaboration with European and North American teams to maintain consistency and leverage global best practices.What You’ll Need
Critical Success Factors
Strong affinity with Technology Sourcing — from partner management to logistics and delivery.Proven Experience in IT reseller and distribution landscape in India.Deep understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Networking / Security domains.Proven ability to align India operations with global standards and objectives.Knowledge & Key Skills
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.In-depth understanding of global partner ecosystems (Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, HP, etc.).Awareness of macro market influences and their impact on sourcing strategy.Familiarity with supply chain, procurement, and partner management processes.Prior experience in the reseller / distribution market serving enterprise customers in Europe and / or North America.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility across geographies.Leadership Requirements
