We’re hiring at  NextICRON Technologies ! Looking for experienced  Standard Cell Design Engineers  passionate about transistor-level design and PPA optimization.

This role focuses on  cell design, not characterization , and involves developing  high-quality standard cell libraries for advanced technology nodes.

🔹  Responsibilities :

• Design and optimize standard cells for  performance, power, and area (PPA)
• Work closely with  layout and PDK teams  for rule-compliant, manufacturable designs
• Perform  schematic-level design, functional verification, and circuit simulations
• Ensure  DRC / LVS compliance  and collaborate with  CAD and automation teams
• Deliver  design collaterals  for characterization and library integration
