Quality Control Senior Engineer

Job Description  Quality Control Senior Engineer - ( Job Number :   UE)  Description

• Supervise and manage all Quality Control functions in the workplace and manage a team of QC engineers and inspectors for day-to-day QC functions.
• Interface and coordinate with clients for QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities.
• Act as a coordination point for ISO internal and external audits
• Plan and undertake Subcontractor audits and reviews of Sub contractor quality control programs.
• Supervise Soil investigation and batching plant assessment.
• Coordinate with the Clients and subcontractors for carrying out field compaction test on soil, cube tests & slump tests on concrete and the various third-party tests on soil and concrete.
• Supervise pre-concrete inspections and ensure that the formwork, rebar’s and the concrete placing are in accordance with the approved drawings and international standards.
• Supervise Inspection of Concreting, Fireproofing and Asphalt paving.
• Supervise Inspection of Building works.
• Lead the land surveyors by carrying out constant checks in levels and coordinates and ensure that they are in accordance with the project specifications.

Qualifications

o    ISO Lead Auditor Training.

Any additional qualification to the Engineering degree
