Job Description

This is a Work from Home (WFH) position.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Appointment Setter who enjoys meaningful conversations and can confidently connect with women seeking help. Your job is to respond fast, qualify leads, build trust, and book appointments for our senior consultants/sales team.

You are not expected to “close” sales, you are expected to fill the calendar with qualified, show-up-ready appointments.

Responsibilities

• Connect with inbound leads via phone/video/WhatsApp to understand their concerns and goals.
• Qualify prospects using a simple framework (fit, intent, readiness, affordability).
• Book consultation appointments for the senior consultant/team and ensure the prospect shows up prepared.
• Handle high daily outreach volume (calls + follow-ups), keeping response time fast.
• Confirm appointments, send reminders, and reduce no-shows through structured follow-up.
• Maintain clean and accurate CRM updates (lead stage, notes, follow-up dates, outcomes).

Track and improve key metrics such as:

• Speed to lead
• Contact rate
• Qualification rate
• Appointment booked rate
• Show-up rate
• Be available 10:00 am – 7:00 pm IST, Monday–Saturday.
• Maintain integrity and empathy—only book prospects who are a genuine fit and ready for the next step.
• Stay calm under pressure and communicate with sensitivity (these are real, emotional health conversations).

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a target-driven role (telecalling, inside sales, lead conversion, customer success, appointment setting).
• Strong verbal communication and comfort speaking on calls/video.
• Excellent active listening, empathy, and objection-handling (without being pushy).
• Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple leads daily.
• Self-motivated, consistent, and capable of working independently from home.
• Comfortable using CRM/Google Sheets + WhatsApp tools to manage pipeline.
• Ability to learn scripts, improve fast from feedback, and work with targets.
