Job Title : Project Manager (Software / Product Delivery)

CTC : 16 to 20 LPA

What You’ll Do As a Project Manager , you’ll take ownership of end-to-end delivery for software projects and wellness technology products. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and client teams to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities :

Lead full-cycle project delivery using Agile methodologies .

Manage cross-functional teams to deliver MERN-based web and mobile solutions .

Translate business goals into technical roadmaps and sprint plans .

Track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time releases.

Conduct client meetings, product demos, retrospectives, and reviews.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and SOWs .

Drive process improvements and mentor junior team members.

Coordinate closely with leadership for roadmap alignment and delivery excellence.

Must-Have Skills 7+ years of project management experience in software development.

Strong understanding of MERN stack architecture (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

Proficiency with Agile / Scrum , sprint planning, and backlog management.

Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence , or equivalent project tools.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with distributed teams.

Technical understanding of cloud environments (AWS preferred) .

Good-to-Have PMP / Agile / Scrum certification.

Experience in HealthTech, SaaS, or enterprise platforms.

Familiarity with microservices and API-driven architectures.
