What will your essential responsibilities include
- Will own the day-to-day aspects of people management covering hiring, onboarding, development, performance management, and support of individual team members. Further, the HR administration including time tracking, holiday tracking, performance tracking, and input in compensation recommendations is part of the role.
- Ensure a solid team structure and team bonding is achieved for your sub-team. Allow knowledge transfer between colleagues from different practices in order to broaden the skillset and expertise of the individual team members.
- Will oversee the successful engagement of the Business Solution Design and Delivery sub-team you are responsible for on the various projects by providing guidance on approach and oversight of deliveries.
- Ensure identification of methodology training needs of various services provided by BSDD across the pool of resources. Ensure consistency and quality of standards and documentation across programs and areas. Foster a learning environment by sharing best practices and lessons learned across team members.
- Drive ongoing stakeholder engagement to obtain feedback on program execution and performance of your team members. Take actions as needed.
- Manage external resources from Vendor process, onboarding, performance and delivery tracking to time tracking and invoicing process.
- Identifying business solutions to various problems through workshops and interviews, conducting analyses and documenting deliverables, manage C-suite level stakeholders to drive the best business outcome.
- Defining and documenting target designs and outcomes for strategic business decisions.
- Applying change management tools and methodologies to drive adoption to enable full benefit realization.
- Providing product ownership expertise.
- Defining processes for continuous improvement.
- Acting as a Business Advisor and ensuring stellar quality in deliverables and documentation.
- Develop close relationships with key business stakeholders of your project, which allows you to act as a thought partner and dare to challenge to achieve the optimum business outcome.
- Understand interdependencies between different change initiatives and manage them proactively. Own the oversight of multiple change initiatives and develop a holistic change strategy which is targeted to your key stakeholder community.
- Provide guidance / assistance to other key team members assigned to a development role / opportunity.
- The candidate will be expected to self-directedly identify and deliver solutions on large cross-functional programs. Coordination and program-wide leadership within BSDD deliverables and effective stakeholder management is a key component for a successful delivery of this role.
- You will report to Head of Business Solution Design and Delivery.
