We’re looking for a Senior Flutter Developer —a visionary, problem solver, and tech leader who can take complete ownership of our mobile product, build robust features, and scale it into a world-class fitness platform.

Your Role

Own the Mobile Product

  • Lead the end-to-end development and maintenance of the WTF mobile application.
  • Ensure world-class user experience and app stability across both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Take full ownership of architecture, scalability, and deployment.

UI / UX Excellence

  • Collaborate closely with the design team to convert UI / UX mockups into high-quality, pixel-perfect Flutter interfaces.
  • Implement smooth animations, responsive layouts, and intuitive workflows.

    • API Integration & Logical Flow

  • Integrate backend APIs efficiently and ensure seamless real-time data synchronization.
  • Architect logical workflows and state management using tools like Bloc , Riverpod , or Provider .

    • Performance & Optimization

  • Optimize app performance to ensure minimal load times, zero lag, and crash-free experience.
  • Utilize Flutter DevTools , Firebase Crashlytics , and Sentry for performance monitoring and debugging.

    • Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Implement unit, widget, and integration testing to maintain code reliability.
  • Work with QA to ensure every release is stable, polished, and production-ready.

    • Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, product, and design teams to brainstorm and deliver new features.
  • Mentor junior developers, review code, and uphold clean coding standards.
  • Drive innovation by introducing the latest Flutter trends, tools, and best practices.

    • What You Bring

  • 5+ years of mobile app development experience, with 3+ years in Flutter building production-grade applications.
  • Strong command of Dart , Flutter widgets , animations , and custom UI components .
  • Proven experience in state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, etc.) and RESTful API integration .
  • Deep understanding of Firebase services (Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, Push Notifications).
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines , Git workflows , and app store deployment .
  • Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Android and iOS design principles and platform guidelines.
  • Ability to take full technical ownership and deliver under tight deadlines.
