Job descriptionStrong communication and coordination skills. Proven ability to manage external advocates and internal stakeholders. In-depth understanding of court procedures, local legal practices, and Motor TP claim regulations. Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to litigation strategy. Familiarity with MS Office and claims management systems. Proficiency in local language(s), Hindi, and English. Passion for performance-driven results and achieving objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle and manage Motor TP claims for designated states.
- Review investigation reports and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Drive effective and timely TP claim settlement through Courts and Lok Adalats.
- Coordinate with external counsels and brief them to ensure the company's legal defence is effectively presented.
- Review and assess the performance of panel advocates regularly.
- Conduct periodic review of claims to monitor progress, timelines, and case quality.
- Develop and implement litigation strategies for each region to support timely and cost-effective resolutions.
- Review high-value TP claims for adequacy of reserves and ensure a robust legal defence.
