Job Title : Sales Manager – PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings)

Job Summary :
The Sales Manager – PEB is responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for Pre-Engineered Building projects. The role involves market research, client visits, proposal preparation, and coordination with design and execution teams to ensure successful project closure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the PEB segment (industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects).
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in coordination with estimation and design teams.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential customers.
- Generate enquiries and follow up on leads to convert them into orders.
- Negotiate terms of contracts and close deals effectively.
- Coordinate with internal departments for project handover and client satisfaction.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to promote PEB solutions.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
Required Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.MBA in Marketing (preferred).Minimum 5–10 years of experience in PEB or related construction / steel industry sales.Strong understanding of PEB concepts, design, and erection process.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
