What You’ll Do

Lead the property team and manage a robust existing client portfolio across matters including :

• Commercial and industrial property transactions
• Complex business sales and purchases
• Land subdivision and off-the-plan acquisitions
• Unit, mixed-use and broader property developments
• Commercial and industrial leasing (landlord & tenant)
• General property and transactional advisory

You’ll delegate effectively, supervise a capable team, and ensure files progress smoothly and profitably.
