We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Industrial Relations Executive to manage and strengthen our employee relations and legal compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle union negotiations, settlements, and collective bargaining effectively.
- Ensure strict compliance with the Gujarat Industrial Relations Act (GIR Act), Industrial Disputes Act (ID Act), and other applicable labor laws.
- Handle legal matters related to Labour Court, Industrial Court, High Court, and conciliation proceedings.
- Address and resolve grievances of workers in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with government authorities and other external stakeholders as required.
Qualifications & Experience :
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Labor Welfare, or Industrial Relations.3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Relations, preferably in a manufacturing setup.Strong knowledge of labor laws, legal proceedings, and statutory compliance.
