Job description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring robust experience in backend development using Java 17 and Spring Boot, while also being comfortable integrating modern front-end technologies. You will contribute to the development of scalable, cloud-native applications deployed on AWS and help build efficient, automated CI / CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, test, and maintain Java-based backend systems using Spring Boot (3.x+) and microservices architecture.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and high-performance backend services.
Work with AWS cloud infrastructure (Lambda, Step Functions, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, EC2) to build scalable cloud-native applications.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate backend logic with responsive UI using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React JS.
Design and manage relational database schemas and queries using MySQL.
Build and maintain automated CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Maven.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize application performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

3+ years of experience in backend Java development with strong Spring Boot (3.x+) knowledge.

Proven experience designing and developing microservices architectures.

Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services : Lambda, Step Functions, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and EC2.

Proficient in database development using MySQL.

Familiarity with front-end technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React JS.

Solid understanding of RESTful API principles and cloud-native design patterns.

Experience with version control and DevOps tools (Git, GitHub Actions, Maven).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer - Associate) is a plus.

Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) is a plus.

Exposure to performance tuning and application monitoring tools.
