Role Description

We are seeking a

Marketing Manager

with

deep expertise in Performance Marketing

to lead digital growth across all our brands. The role involves developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive measurable results in brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue performance. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, analytical acumen, and creative flair to enhance digital presence and optimize marketing outcomes across multiple verticals, including hospitality, F&B, and travel.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage

performance marketing campaigns

across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms

Develop and execute

digital marketing strategies

to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness

Create and manage

paid media campaigns

for hospitality, F&B, and travel brands

Manage

ad budgets, analytics, and ROI tracking

across platforms

Plan and execute

Google Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns

targeting high-intent audiences

Design and optimize

retargeting and remarketing

strategies to improve conversions

Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-impact ad creatives

Track KPIs, analyze data, and implement insights to enhance campaign effectiveness

Oversee

social media and influencer collaborations

aligned with brand and performance objectives

Requirements

3–6 years of proven experience in

Performance Marketing

(preferably in D2C, FMCG, or F&B sectors)

Expertise in

Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, SEO / SEM, and Analytics tools

Strong understanding of

digital sales funnels, campaign optimisation, and conversion tracking

Excellent analytical, creative, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously
