Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst, who brings a blend of analytical thinking. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience working with SAP systems (MDG, ECC, S / 4HANA) and can bridge the gap between business needs and data-driven solutions.

This role will support critical initiatives under the Risk Sensing program and will play a pivotal role in interpreting business problems, gathering requirements, analyzing SAP datasets, and translating them into actionable insights and robust data products.

Key Responsibilities :

Gather and document business and data requirements by engaging with stakeholders across business functions.
Analyze SAP source systems (MDG, ECC, S / 4HANA) to identify relevant data structures and relationships.
Work with data engineering teams to define data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) logic.
Validate and profile data in Snowflake and ensure data integrity for reporting use cases.
Translate business questions into analytical solutions that drive decisions and process improvements.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and cross-functional IT teams to support data pipeline and reporting needs.
Create functional documentation, data mappings, and contribute to data governance efforts.

Must-Have Skills & Experience Snowflake +SAP :

8 - 10 years of experience in Data Analytics roles.

Strong knowledge of SAP data structures in MDG, ECC, and S / 4HANA.

Proficiency in querying and analysing large datasets in Snowflake, SQL

Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Exposure to domains such as Supply Chain, Finance, or Life Sciences is a plus
