- Key Responsibilities
- š§ 1. Training & Academic Leadership Plan, organize, and monitor classroom and practical training sessions for Cabin Crew, Ground Staff, Hospitality, and Grooming modules.
- Conduct sessions on personality development, body language, customer service, grooming, and soft skills.
- Coordinate with subject trainers and visiting experts to maintain DGCA, airline, and industry compliance standards.
- Develop course content, visual aids, and interactive learning materials for students.
- Evaluate student progress through assessments, presentations, and performance reviews.
- š 2. Grooming & Personality Development Train students on aviation-standard grooming, attire, skincare, etiquette, and professional presentation.
- Conduct regular grooming audits and one-on-one mentoring sessions.
- Design grooming checklists, style manuals, and visual training references.
- Instill confidence, discipline, and customer-oriented communication skills in every trainee.
- š 3. Student Support & Career ReadinessProvide career counselling to students and guide them in achieving their aviation and hospitality career goals.
- Organize mock interviews, group discussions, and communication workshops.
- Assist the placement cell in preparing students for airline interviews and assessments.
- Maintain active engagement with alumni for mentorship and brand promotion.
- š 4. Outreach, Promotion & Brand DevelopmentPlan and execute outreach activities in schools, colleges, and educational fairs to promote AirDivitās aviation programs.
- Represent AirDivit Udan Academy at career expos, seminars, and CSR-driven career counselling events.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create impactful campaigns, student stories, and promotional videos.
- Build partnerships with schools, institutions, and agents for admissions and awareness drives.
- š 5. Administration & ReportingMaintain detailed reports on attendance, performance, outreach activities, and admissions.
- Prepare weekly summaries for management on training updates and marketing performance.
- Ensure all training and promotional materials align with AirDivitās brand and academic vision.
- QualificationsGraduate / Postgraduate in Aviation, Hospitality, Mass Communication, or Management.
- Minimum 3ā6 years of experience in aviation training, grooming, counselling, or education marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, presentation ability, and confident stage presence.
- Professional grooming, pleasant personality, and command over English & Hindi.
- Prior Cabin Crew, Trainer, or Counsellor experience preferred.
- Skills & CompetenciesStrong interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Knowledge of modern aviation and hospitality industry standards.
- Proficiency in digital and social media promotion.
- Leadership, multitasking, and creative event management.
