Your mission

Help Merlin and Thine grow — fast and sustainably. You’ll scale what’s working (influencer engine, Meta ads, UGC, SEO) and find what’s next. You thrive at the intersection of creativity, numbers, and relentless execution.

You’ll own :

Creator engine : Find A-list talent, craft briefs, automate outreach, scale daily reach to millions.

Paid growth : Plan, run, and optimize campaigns.

Lifecycle & retention : Design journeys, emails, nudges that convert users to power users.

Product-led growth : Spot viral loops and work with engineers to ship them.

Analytics : Build dashboards and models, catch anomalies early, fix them fast.

What we’re looking for

Pedigree : Tier-1 degree or Tier-1 startup / agency experience.

Proof : A track record that speaks louder than credentials.

Drive : Can hustle, lead interns / contractors, and execute independently.

Creative + Analytical : Equally strong at scripting ideas and modeling ROAS.

Mindset : First-principles thinker with bias for action and optimism.
