We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Associate Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Guwahati

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in Talent Acquisition & Human Resources. You will be trained to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, interact with candidates, and support our hiring needs across different industries

Key Responsibilities :

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Meet daily / weekly recruitment targets and timelines

Qualifications & Skills :

✅ Education : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

✅ Strong organizational and time management abilities.

✅ Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
