Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Relationship Manager to join our Wealth Management team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing HNI and Ultra-HNI clients, with strong relationship-building skills, comprehensive product knowledge, and a client-first approach.
Key Responsibilities :
Acquire and manage relationships with HNI and Ultra-HNI clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships by providing customized financial solutions that align with clients’ goals.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and ensure optimal asset allocation for sustained financial growth.
Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and financial opportunities to deliver innovative, tech-driven solutions.
Develop a strong sales pipeline for short, medium, and long-term business growth.
Offer strategic investment advice and cross-sell relevant financial products.
Ensure timely communication and updates on portfolio performance and market developments.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Attributes :
Experience : 5-7 years of relevant experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
Client Base : Possesses an existing HNI client portfolio.
Network : Strong professional connections within Corporate and SME segments.
Product Knowledge : Excellent understanding of investment products across asset classes.
Communication : Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Personality : Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Client Focus : Ability to build long-term relationships based on trust and deliver high-quality advisory services.
Education : Graduate / Post-Graduate in Marketing or Finance
CTC : ₹15 – ₹20 LPA
Experience : 5-7 years in Private Banking or Wealth Management
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
