Job descriptionManage external digital marketing partners and ensure alignment with business goals. Oversee Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end — from planning and budgeting to optimization and reporting. Ensure digital performance metrics are consistently met or exceeded. Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (awareness, acquisition, engagement). Launch targeted awareness campaigns to grow brand visibility across key markets. Utilize WhatsApp API and omnichannel communication tools to drive customer outreach. Conduct face-to-face marketing initiatives, tie-ups, and collaborations to expand brand presence. Work closely with sales to ensure marketing activities translate into measurable business outcomes. Work directly with the Managing Director , providing regular business updates, insights, and marketing performance reports. Develop long-term marketing strategies that support organizational growth.
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Head to lead our growing marketing function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building high-impact campaigns, driving brand visibility, and managing diverse teams and partners with precision.
