Floor Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive on-ground brand visibility through strategic marketing activities.
• Create awareness about the brand by setting up kiosks and organizing events.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand presence in high-traffic areas.
• Collaborate with retail stores and other businesses to increase brand exposure.
• Engage with potential customers, introduce them to the brand, and generate leads.
• Organize and host promotional events to enhance the brand experience.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with sales teams to convert brand awareness into sales.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and media outlets for marketing initiatives.
• Track and report marketing budgets and expenses.
