JOB OPENING – SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - URGENT HIRE

Location : Abu Dhabi – Site Based Role

️ Industry : Oil & Gas Process Plant Construction

Sinclus is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Construction Contracting for EPC Projects in the Oil & Gas Sector for one of our clients in Abu Dhabi.

QUALIFICATIONS

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, or related fields

✅ Professional certifications such as PMP / PRINCE2 / Project Management qualifications are an advantage

REQUIREMENTS – MANDATORY

✅ Minimum 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including 10+ years on overseas projects

✅ Hands on Experience managing large-scale multi- discipline Oil & Gas construction projects over $300 million

✅ Excellent leadership and project execution skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation construction activities

Ensure project execution in line with schedule, budget, and quality standards

Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors for seamless project delivery

️ Oversee safety, compliance, and risk management on-site

Report project progress and performance to senior management and stakeholders
