What You’ll Do

Acquire and grow client relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
Drive sales for permanent staffing, contract staffing, RPO, and project hiring solutions.
Achieve business development & revenue growth targets.
Deliver consultative proposals and presentations to leading corporates.
Partner with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless client delivery.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, HR, or Marketing.

2–5 years of experience in sales / business development in staffing / recruitment.

Proven success in client acquisition & revenue achievement.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Familiarity with CRM / ATS tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) preferred.
